Open space to address any and all leadership questions related to QHSE - Quality, Health, Safety and Environment. The actual topics are chosen by the participants within the first 15 minutes of the session!

The Open Space process is different from all other sessions in the way that no topic is chosen in advance and all topics within leadership and general QHSE are valid.

During the first 15 minutes of the workshop, the participants will pitch their request and there will be a qualified vote as to which three main topics will be discussed. However, not all topics are equal and those described prior and/or presented with robust cases and relevant documentation of urgency will be given priority over lesser preparations.

In terms of timing, the first topic is awarded 60 minutes, the other two roughly 45 minutes each.
